At dropitto.us, a product of Mtner LLC, we provide flexible subscription management. You can cancel or change your plan at any time without penalty.

2. Free Trial

Our 10-day free trial is available to everyone with no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to Team-level features so you can evaluate the service.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final once the service has been used. We do not offer refunds after you have actively used the service (uploaded files, created drop links, or accessed paid features).

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service as described, or if there has been a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services which are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings with no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your account
  • Your drop links will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
  • Your files and data will remain accessible according to the retention policy of your last active plan

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and receive credit for any unused time on your previous plan.
  • Downgrades: Take effect immediately. You will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan, which will be applied to your next billing period.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a technical billing error (such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and correct any verified technical billing errors promptly.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to all files and data.

8. Payment Processing
