By accessing and using dropitto.us ("Service"), a product of Mtner LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

dropitto.us provides a file upload and transfer service that allows users to create upload spaces and share files with clients. The Service is designed for temporary file transfer and collection, not for long-term storage or backup. The Service includes both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Service Restrictions and Fair Use Policy

Intended Use

The Service is designed for temporary file transfer and collection between you and your clients or collaborators. It is intended for active projects and workflows where files are uploaded, downloaded, and then removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Prohibited Uses

The Service may NOT be used as:

• A backup service or backup storage solution
• An archive or long-term file storage system
• A content distribution network (CDN)
• A file hosting service for public distribution
• A replacement for dedicated backup or storage services

Fair Use Policy

While paid plans advertise "unlimited storage" and "unlimited file sizes," this is subject to fair use limits. Fair use means using the Service for its intended purpose of file transfer and collection in the normal course of business.

Examples of fair use:

• Collecting client files for active projects
• Receiving large media files from collaborators
• Temporary storage of files during project workflows
• Downloading files and clearing space regularly

Examples that violate fair use:

• Storing files indefinitely without downloading or deleting them
• Using the Service as your primary backup solution
• Archiving large datasets or media libraries for long-term storage
• Excessive storage usage that impacts system performance for other users
• Automated or scripted uploads designed to circumvent intended use

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with fair use
• Contact users whose usage appears to violate this policy
• Require users to reduce storage or remove files that violate fair use
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
• Implement technical limits on storage or bandwidth if necessary

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, but we reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts in cases of egregious abuse.

4. User Accounts and Team Members

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Individual Account Responsibility

Each user account and team member seat is for a single individual only. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Allow multiple people to use the same team member account
• Share login information for a single team member seat among multiple individuals
• Create generic or shared accounts (e.g., "[email protected]") that multiple people access

If multiple people need access to your account, you must purchase additional team member seats according to your subscription plan. Each person who accesses the account must have their own individual login credentials.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, COPPA, or other data protection laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others, including pirated content, unauthorized copyrighted material, or illegally obtained media
• Transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or related systems
• Use the Service as a backup, archive, or long-term storage solution
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
• Use the Service in any way that violates our Fair Use Policy
• Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited promotional materials
• Host or distribute content for public file sharing or content distribution
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to circumvent service limitations or retention periods
• Store or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Store personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data in violation of privacy regulations
• Mine cryptocurrency or run any computationally intensive processes
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or intimidate others
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service itself, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by dropitto.us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Charges in USD unless otherwise specified
• Our refund policy as outlined in our Refund Policy

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

8. Data Storage and Deletion

We will store your files for as long as your account remains active and in good standing. If your account is terminated or expires, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dropitto.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms
